NORBEL NIGHTHAWKS PLAY THEIR FIRST GAME AGAINST SOJOURNER CHRISTAN.
The final score was 56-31, Sojourner Christian. The Nighthawks put up 31 points against a tough, physical Sojourner Christian team. Down 36-10 after the second quarter, Norbel scratched and fought, seeming to find their stride under their new head coach Mike Poirer in the second half of the game. The leading scorer for the Nighthawks was guard Anthony Orendorff, with 14 points. Center Angus Cobb had 10 points, and 7 rebounds, in the effort.
The next game for the Night hawks is against Shoshana Cardin High School, Thursday December 10th.
